Dannie is an innovative virtual receptionist designed to enhance and automate front-desk operations. Using advanced facial and voice recognition technologies, Dannie effortlessly handles tasks such as recording employee attendance and managing visitors, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every user.

Dannie uses a dual-mode face recognition system to classify individuals as either 'known' or 'unknown.' When a familiar face is detected, Dannie greets the person by name. For employees, Dannie records their check-in time and automatically updates the HR system, marking their attendance.

How she will interact with an Outsider?

If Dannie detects an unfamiliar face, it will ask the visitor to state the reason for their visit using its voice recognition feature. If the visitor is there to meet someone, Dannie will request the name of the person and search its database for a match. If there are multiple matches, Dannie will provide a list for the visitor to choose from. After a name is selected, Dannie sends an email notification to the person, including the visitor’s image and purpose. Dannie then waits for a response. If the meeting is approved, Dannie informs the visitor that the person is ready to meet. If the meeting is declined, Dannie will notify the visitor that the person is unavailable and suggest a different time.
